Complete property buying solution
You could tackle the property buying route alone. It won’t take a lifetime to complete.
But it will cost you a lot of time and probably a headache or two, three.
Or you could go the property.jeffreysbay.com route.
Because the real estate company I’ve partnered with gives you EVERYTHING you need to purchase a home.
Buy through this website and you won’t have to worry about arranging a single thing. You buy, move in, switch on Netflix (or Showmax), choose a movie, put up your feet, relax and snack on some popcorn.
Here’s what you get:
- Bond origination
- Your application is submitted to the four major banks.
- You don’t have to queue at the bank.
- You get the best home loan rate.
- It’s 100% free.
- bridging finance
- This is a major boon if you’re waiting for a bond to register or a house to be registered and your tank is running empty.
- Because you don’t want to sit on the street if something goes wrong and you’re out of house.
Trustworthy property partner
The reason I chose the real estate principal I partnered with, was because other people told me that he’s a man of character. Honesty and integrity are scarce traits in the real estate game, so when you meet an estate agent that people trust, you want to do business with him.
Because we both prize integrity, you won’t find a better home buying partner, whether it’s your first home or your next.
Why Jeffreys Bay?
If you know Jeffreys Bay, there’s no need for you to read this portion. But if you’re not familiar with our neck of the woods, read on…
Jeffreys Bay is known for superb surf, beautiful beaches and exquisite natural surrounds.
Usually, when someone mentions surfing at Jeffreys Bay, people auto-tune their minds to Supertubes, a World Surf League stop.
That’s a good thing. Supertubes is one of the world’s greatest right-hand point breaks. There’s a reason some of the top surfers consider Supertubes their favourite surf spot.
But there are more surf spots in this little town (and neighbouring towns) than you can shake a piece of surf wax at. So no matter where on the ladder you find yourself, there’s a surf spot to suit you. JBay’s waves have your back (or, if you’re a natural footer, your front).
Not a surfer?
So surfing’s not your thing, but you like the ocean. Great. Jeffreys Bay has gorgeous beaches with fine sand and mellow waters. And they’re easy to reach and access.
If you like fishing, your ears will crinkle at the whispers of local fishermen telling of the kob they drag out at certain times of the year. A friend of mine pulled out two 20 plus kilo specimen in less than a month!
But it’s not just kob. In fact, I favour garrick fishing. There’s plenty of them in the surf and in the rivers around here.Of course, there are other species too, like steenbras and shad.
Not into the beach or saltwater activities?
No problem. There’s the Baviaanskloof, a protected area with a number of campsites. It’s arid rocky landscapes with a little bit of green thrown in for good measure. It’s like a plate of steak and potatoes with a dash of rocket.
Here you’ll find a wide variety of fauna and flora.
There’s also the Langkloof, a beautiful 160 km long valley that stretches from Twee Rivière to Herold.
For those who love cuisine, there’s no lack of good food, with ample restaurants that serve scrumptious dishes. Kitchen Windows comes to mind. Those fat, juicy steaks with a rich and creamy sauce. Mmmm. Delicious.
Like the rest of the world, Jeffreys Bay has experienced an influx of caffeine providers. We have so many good coffee shops around, it feels like you get a shot of caffeine just by walking around central town.
Jeffreys Bay is close to a major city, Port Elizabeth. Live abroad or inland, but need a place by the ocean? Consider Jeffreys Bay. Our town is a mere 80 kms from an airport. Fly out for work and come chill in your lovely home over weekends.
Who’s behind the site?
My name’s Jansie Blom. I own the jeffreysbay.com domain name.
I use property.jeffreysbay.com as an advertisement channel for one of the Kouga region’s most trusted real estate companies.
Because I favour quality over quantity, I decided to make this domain name available to a single real estate agent, as opposed to opening it to all and sundry.
It makes managing property listings much easier and gives you a more controlled buying environment.
